OKX does not pay naira into your bank from your balance. It runs a naira P2P market, where another user pays you, or you can send your coin to an app that buys it for naira. Here is the second route step by step, the OKX settings that can block it, and what to watch on P2P.
OKX's naira route is its P2P market: another user pays naira into your bank and you release your crypto to them.
OKX's own 2026 promotions for African P2P traders name its NGN marketplace, and it has a P2P Express option that matches a USDT sale to a naira buyer for you. Either way the naira comes from a person, not from OKX, and OKX holds your crypto until the buyer pays.
The other route is to withdraw the coin on chain to a platform that buys it for naira. Yesa is our app, so read this comparison with that in mind. Everything in the Yesa column is something you can check on screen before you confirm.
| P2P on OKX | Send to Yesa, then sell | |
|---|---|---|
| Who pays you | Another user, from their own bank account | Yesa |
| Your rate | Set by the buyer's ad | On your screen before you confirm the sale |
| What can go wrong | Fake payment alerts, payments from someone else's account, disputes that hold your crypto | Sending on a network your deposit screen does not list |
| Fees | Set by the buyer's ad and the exchange | OKX's withdrawal fee, then zero sell fees on Yesa |
| Speed to your bank | Depends on finding and waiting for a buyer | Median 4.7 seconds across 1,700 measured bank payouts, after the sale |
In Yesa, choose the coin you hold and open your personal deposit address. The screen lists the networks it accepts for that coin; for USDC that is Ethereum (ERC-20), Solana, Polygon, BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20), Base and Arbitrum. Copy the address for the network you will use.
In the OKX app, open Assets and tap Withdraw, then choose the on-chain option rather than a transfer to another OKX user (names can change between app versions). Choose the same coin you picked in Yesa.
Choose a network that appears on OKX's withdraw screen and on your Yesa deposit screen. OKX has announced USDC on Arbitrum and on Solana, both on Yesa's USDC list; still check both screens on the day. OKX shows its withdrawal fee and minimum for each network before you confirm.
Paste your Yesa address, never type it, and compare the first and last few characters. Enter the amount and confirm. OKX asks for its security checks, such as an authenticator code and an email code.
The first time, send a small amount and wait for it to show in Yesa before you send the rest.
The naira amount is on your screen before you confirm the sale. Then withdraw to any Nigerian bank account.
OKX restricts withdrawals for 24 hours after you change your login password or any verification method, such as your phone number, email or authenticator. The block lifts by itself.
If you have switched on OKX's withdrawal allowlist, you can only send to addresses already saved in your address book. Save your Yesa address first, with the right network.
OKX has an optional setting that blocks withdrawals to a newly added address for 24 hours. If you turned it on, add your Yesa address a day before you need it.
When you save an address in OKX's address book you choose whether it is for one network or all EVM networks. Saving it for the exact network on your Yesa screen is the safer choice.
Some coins need a memo or tag as well as an address. If your Yesa deposit screen shows one, include it; if it shows none, none is needed.
On OKX the sell flow is: choose Sell, choose naira as the currency you receive, pick an offer, enter the amount and confirm. Read the buyer's terms before you open the order.
More on choosing between P2P and a direct sale: how to sell USDT without P2P and alternatives to Binance P2P.
Yesa buys USDT, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), BNB, USDC, Litecoin (LTC) and TRON (TRX). Your Yesa deposit screen is the final word: send only on a network it lists, and send a small test amount the first time. A coin sent on a network the screen does not list can be lost.
Guides for each coin: sell USDT, sell USDC, sell Bitcoin, sell Ethereum, sell Solana, sell BNB and sell Litecoin. The full list of coins and networks is on coins and networks Yesa supports.
This guide explains how to move and sell crypto you already hold. It is not a view on whether to sell, hold or buy any coin, and nothing here is financial advice.
Not straight from your OKX balance. Use OKX's naira P2P market, where another user pays your bank, or send your coin from OKX to Yesa, sell it at the naira figure on screen, and withdraw to any Nigerian bank account.
Yes. OKX runs an NGN P2P marketplace and named it in its 2026 African P2P promotions. It also offers P2P Express, which matches your USDT sale to a naira buyer. The rate and the buyer come from the marketplace, not from OKX.
Common reasons: you changed your password or a verification method in the last 24 hours, allowlist mode is on and the address is not saved, or the new address lock is holding a freshly added address for 24 hours. OKX shows the reason on the withdraw screen.
One that appears on both OKX's withdraw screen and your Yesa deposit screen. For USDC, Yesa accepts Ethereum (ERC-20), Solana, Polygon, BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20), Base and Arbitrum. For USDT, use a network your Yesa USDT deposit screen lists. OKX shows the fee for each network before you confirm.
Check the withdrawal status in OKX, then look up the transaction hash on the network's explorer. If it is confirmed on chain and still missing in Yesa, email support@yesaapp.ng with the transaction hash.
Across 1,700 measured bank payouts on Yesa, the median payout time was 4.7 seconds. These are historical measurements, not guarantees. The on-chain part, your crypto reaching Yesa, comes first and depends on the network you send on.
