Every platform advertises a USDT to naira rate. What lands in your bank is different: it is the quote, minus platform fees, minus network costs, discounted by how long and how uncertain the payout is. Two apps quoting the same number can pay you differently.
If you must deposit first to discover your rate, you are negotiating after you have already handed over your coins. Prefer platforms that show the rate up front.
Trading fees and withdrawal fees. Ask for both; a generous quote can hide them.
