You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations; you are responsible for all activity under your account; you must not use the service for illegal activity or market abuse; you must keep your login credentials secure; and you must verify all transaction details before confirming.

Security and compliance

We implement industry standard security measures and comply with Nigerian financial regulations. We may verify your identity as required by law (KYC), suspend accounts suspected of fraud, monitor transactions for suspicious activity, and report illegal activity to relevant authorities.

Cryptocurrency values are volatile and unpredictable; past performance does not guarantee future results. You are responsible for your own decisions. Yesa does not provide financial or investment advice and is not liable for losses due to market volatility.

Fees and charges

Transaction fees apply to crypto trades and bill payments and are displayed before you confirm. We reserve the right to modify fees with notice. Blockchain network fees may apply, and withdrawal fees may vary by method.

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, if we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity, if required by law or regulators, or if you provide false or misleading information.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yesa is not liable for losses resulting from market volatility, unauthorized account access due to your negligence, service interruptions beyond our control, or third party failures such as blockchain networks and payment providers.

Dispute resolution

Disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Nigerian law. Both parties agree to attempt good faith negotiation before formal arbitration.
