These Terms of Service govern your use of Yesa's cryptocurrency exchange and bill payment services. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
By accessing or using Yesa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and agree to provide accurate, complete information during registration.
Cryptocurrency exchange and trading services; gift card trading; bill payment processing (airtime, data, electricity and more); wallet services for digital assets; real time market data and pricing; customer support and transaction assistance.
When you sell a gift card, you choose the card type and enter the amount on the card. The rate shown applies to that type and that amount. The card is checked before payment, and if it turns out to be a different type, to be worth less than the amount entered, or to have been partly used, the payout is recalculated at the rate that applies to what the card actually is, and you are paid that amount. Where a card cannot be verified or has no remaining balance, the trade is declined. Cards must be yours and lawfully obtained. Once a card's code has been submitted and accepted, the trade cannot be reversed.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations; you are responsible for all activity under your account; you must not use the service for illegal activity or market abuse; you must keep your login credentials secure; and you must verify all transaction details before confirming.
We implement industry standard security measures and comply with Nigerian financial regulations. We may verify your identity as required by law (KYC), suspend accounts suspected of fraud, monitor transactions for suspicious activity, and report illegal activity to relevant authorities.
Cryptocurrency values are volatile and unpredictable; past performance does not guarantee future results. You are responsible for your own decisions. Yesa does not provide financial or investment advice and is not liable for losses due to market volatility.
Transaction fees apply to crypto trades and bill payments and are displayed before you confirm. We reserve the right to modify fees with notice. Blockchain network fees may apply, and withdrawal fees may vary by method.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, if we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity, if required by law or regulators, or if you provide false or misleading information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yesa is not liable for losses resulting from market volatility, unauthorized account access due to your negligence, service interruptions beyond our control, or third party failures such as blockchain networks and payment providers.
Disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Nigerian law. Both parties agree to attempt good faith negotiation before formal arbitration.
