Per dollar of card value, the ranking changes daily. Here is what decides it, which brands tend to lead, and where to read today's list.
The list of gift card rates ranks every brand Yesa buys by its highest USA rate per dollar, updated every morning and refreshed live while the page is open. On 26 October 2026 the top five per dollar were iTunes and Apple ₦1,127; Macy's ₦1,108; Foot Locker ₦1,071; Razer Gold ₦1,048; Steam ₦1,016. Open a brand to see every country and card type behind that headline figure.
A few brands sit near the top of the list most weeks; others never reach it. The list page shows today's order.
For most brands the USA card pays the most per unit of value; Steam and iTunes are the exceptions, where the UK card paid more per pound than the USA card per dollar on the day we checked. Cards for smaller markets pay far less per unit, even for the same brand.
A physical card almost always pays more than an e-code of the same brand and value.
Larger values often sit in a higher band with a higher rate per dollar. Most brand pages show what a $25 to $500 card pays today.
Vanilla and Visa types name the first digits they accept; Razer Gold pins are split by code length; some Amazon types by whether you have the receipt.
A rate is naira per 1 unit of the card's currency, so compare like with like: a UK rate per pound is not higher than a USA rate per dollar just because the number is bigger. The naira figure the app shows for your exact card, before you submit, is the one that matters.
Rates move with the market in both directions, and a card that sits unused can be lost, expire under the issuer's rules, or be drained if the code leaks. Selling a card you do not plan to use, at today's rate, is usually the safer choice. This is general information, not financial advice.
