USDC is the second of the two big dollar stablecoins, issued by Circle under US regulatory oversight, and some holders prefer it to USDT for exactly that reason. Its naira rate behaves the same way USDT's does — pegged to the dollar, so the movement you see is the naira side of the market — and on most days the two stablecoins are within a few naira of each other. When they diverge, it is usually local liquidity, not the peg.

Usually only slightly. Both are dollar stablecoins, and their naira rates track the same USD/NGN market. Small differences come from local liquidity in each coin. This page and the USDT page both update daily, so you can compare directly.
